The Tyrinthos Boniviri organic extra apricot jam is a jam made with fresh organic fruit, namely the Tyrinthos variety apricots , grown in Sicily (Partinico) by Sebastiano of the Casale di Campo Cooperative Society.

The Tyrinthos variety is self-fertile and ripens between May and June, with juicy flesh and a balanced sweetness and acidity. The apricots are harvested at perfect ripeness and processed into jam within hours of harvest to preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities.

Boniviri selects only ingredients from an ethical and sustainable supply chain, which values the work of farmers and the biodiversity of local varieties.

The jam contains over 70% fruit and is sweetened only with organic Italian sugar, without pectin, preservatives, or artificial flavours. Ideal for cakes, pies, spreads on toast, or biscuits, for a tasty and healthy snack.
