Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange return shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as made to orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note made-to-order and food produce items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Off Period)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exemptions as listed above are also in place for the Statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Under EU consumer law, all products purchased from Euporium are covered by a two-year legal guarantee from the date you receive your order. This means that if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as you would reasonably expect at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances, this remedy may take the form of repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund. For any defect that becomes apparent within twelve months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase, and the burden of proof rests with us rather than with you. For defects that appear between twelve and twenty-four months after delivery, you may be asked to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of sale. This legal guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, any voluntary commercial guarantee or returns policy we may offer, nor does it affect any other statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
