This delightful fleur de sel blend, hand harvested and made in France, combines the delicate flavour of Guérande Fleur de Sel, the fresh aroma of organic lemon zest, and the elegance of cornflower petals. 
The spices, herbs, and seaweed are carefully selected from a French supplier renowned for its commitment to organic farming, fair trade, and food quality, with over 50 years of expertise. 
The cornflower buds are hand-trimmed in our workshop, and the lemon zest comes from fresh, organic fruit, guaranteeing freshness, flavor, and naturalness.

Guérande Fleur de Sel, a natural flavour enhancer, is used as a finishing touch: it does not withstand heat well and reveals all its aromas at the end of cooking on salads, fish or white meats.

Presented in an elegant 85g eco friendly glass jar, this flavoured Fleur de Sel is ideal for a sustainable gift or for enhancing your everyday dishes.

Taken over in 2018 by Mérédith and Gautier Férard, the company develops a simultaneously artisanal and contemporary approach to salt.

They handle the entire post-harvest processing of Guérande Salt and Fleur de Sel directly in their workshop. Each step is carefully designed to respect the raw material, preserve its mineral richness, and guarantee a stable final product that meets the highest standards and is suitable for even the most demanding professional uses.
