Aubergine sauce, prepared with a delicate sauté of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and onion, and enriched with diced aubergines and our tomato passata, for a full, balanced, and enveloping flavour.
Made exclusively with ingredients from our farm fields, it is processed without the addition of preservatives to preserve all the authenticity, freshness, and quality of the raw materials.
Perfect for dressing short or long pasta, ideal for preparations like pasta alla Norma and for adding a special twist to baked pasta. Also excellent for enriching vegetable side dishes or as a base for dishes with a rich and Mediterranean taste.
