Casa Prencipe High Purity handmade organic pasta is bronze extruded, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.
Casarecce was a format made by hand thanks to the use of spindles (knitting needles).
Processed more roughly, over time it has earned the nickname "casareccia".
Today, its double-handled rolled shape has made it one of the best-known formats in the world.
It cooks very well, managing to give a certain liveliness even to simple recipes, perfectly retaining all types of seasonings inside.
For this wholemeal caserecce, only organic wholemeal semolina is used, a product rich in fibre and highly digestible.
