Casa Prencipe High Purity handmade organic pasta is bronze extruded, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.

The word macaroni, in international use, generically indicates pasta obtained by mixing durum wheat semolina and water, and is synonymous with "pastasciutta", the typical Italian dish.  


We offer them in this variant, with a smaller format than the classic "rigatoni" which pairs perfectly with meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

The Casa Prencipe pasta factory was founded in 2013 by two young people from Gargano, now husband and wife: Domenico and Giovanna lived in Emilia Romagna and strongly wanted to return home, to their origins, on the Gargano, in order to start a company together.

The company only processes raw materials from a short, ethical and sustainable supply chain. This extends to its eco-sustainable packaging and the production using only renewable energy.
