The Tyrinthos Boniviri organic extra apricot jam is a jam made with fresh organic fruit, namely the Tytinthos variety apricots , grown in Sicily (Partinico) by Sebastiano of the Casale di Campo Cooperative Society.

The Tyrinthos variety is self-fertile and ripens between May and June, with juicy flesh and a balanced sweetness and acidity. The apricots are harvested at perfect ripeness and processed into jam within hours of harvest to preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities.

The jam contains over 70% fruit and is sweetened only with organic Italian sugar, without pectin, preservatives, or artificial flavours.

The Boniviri raw organic orange blossom honey is a true source of well-being, rich in iron, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and B.

Perfect for making traditional Sicilian desserts like almond brittle, this honey carries the scent of orange blossoms, so beloved by Sicilians and traditionally associated with weddings. In Partinico, among the hills overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, Sebastiano cultivates his land with the same dedication passed down through three generations. In the Campo district, his farm breathes the slow rhythm of nature and preserves knowledge that he renews daily with courageous and informed choices.

He grows organic apricots, peaches, and vegetables, following a far-sighted project: selecting only varieties capable of interacting with the soil, the climate, and his vision of respectful agriculture. Over the years, his work has grown and transformed, evolving like the land he loves: with patience, care, and strong roots.

Romatic- Infusions

Romatic is a French organic herbal infusion brand based in Occitanie, in the south of France. Every plant they use is sourced from within France, most from within 200km of their workshop, through direct partnerships with ten certified organic local producers.

Their founding principle is disarmingly simple: use whole leaves and flowers, never powder, and add absolutely nothing else. Each blend was developed with a naturopath, drawing on 34 plant varieties, and the quality is high enough that the same leaves can be steeped at least twice.
