From a small batch production of solely 3000 bottles, you will be enjoying a rarity that originates from Agricola Maraviglia's 350 Year Old grove in south-east Tuscany. Vibrant, intense, fragrant with an exquisite green colour.

Hand harvested and hand processed organic tomatoes from Capobianco Organic Farm, Puglia, Italy. The organic datterino tomatoes are in brine, hand-picked at peak ripeness and preserved simply in water and salt to maintain their freshness and flavor.

Aubergine sauce, prepared with a delicate sauté of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and onion, and enriched with diced aubergines and our tomato passata, for a full, balanced, and enveloping flavour.

Grown on the sun soaked slopes of Mount Etna, Boniviri's chili pepper is naturally dried and ground into flakes, so it's always ready to enhance your dishes with a bold, aromatic touch. In Italy, it's widely used in hot sauces, grilled dishes, curries, and spice powders.

The Herb and Lemon Fleur de Sel is born from the traditional salt pans of Marsala, where salt is obtained through the slow, natural evaporation of the sea. Enriched with a blend of Mediterranean herbs such as bay leaves, thyme, sage, mint, and chili pepper, it stands out for the fresh touch of lemon granules, which adds a burst of unique aromas and flavours.

Romatic- Infusions

Romatic is a French organic herbal infusion brand based in Occitanie, in the south of France. Every plant they use is sourced from within France, most from within 200km of their workshop, through direct partnerships with ten certified organic local producers.

Their founding principle is disarmingly simple: use whole leaves and flowers, never powder, and add absolutely nothing else. Each blend was developed with a naturopath, drawing on 34 plant varieties, and the quality is high enough that the same leaves can be steeped at least twice.
