Casa Prencipe High Purity handmade organic pasta is bronze extruded, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.

Mezze Maniche Rigate are a tubular format, of the same diameter as pacchero but half as long- similar to shirt sleeves.
It is a format that goes well with any type of condiment.

The Casa Prencipe pasta factory was founded in 2013 by two young people from Gargano, now husband and wife: Domenico and Giovanna lived in Emilia Romagna and strongly wanted to return home, to their origins, on the Gargano, in order to start a company together.

The company only processes raw materials from a short, ethical and sustainable supply chain. This extends to its eco-sustainable packaging and the production using only renewable energy.
