Casa Prencipe High Purity handmade organic pasta is bronze extruded, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.

Spaghetti is recognized worldwide as the most requested pasta shape, the symbol of Italian pasta. 


Casa Prencipe spaghetti has a thickness of approximately 1.9 mm. 
In the same way, they must be distinguished from other similar types of long pasta such as chitarrine (square in shape), bucatini (hollowed in the centre), and tagliolini or linguine (flattened in shape).

The Casa Prencipe pasta factory was founded in 2013 by two young people from Gargano, now husband and wife: Domenico and Giovanna lived in Emilia Romagna and strongly wanted to return home, to their origins, on the Gargano, in order to start a company together.

The company only processes raw materials from a short, ethical and sustainable supply chain. This extends to its eco-sustainable packaging and the production using only renewable energy.
